Hands-on Training
Each associate will receive hands-on training and become acclimated with their facility's own machinery. This allows the Tech to get familiarized with their own operations and have the "know-how" when it comes to troubleshooting and repair.
In-Class Training
Although most of our time will be spent on a physical machine, it is important to have in-class training to absorb a basic understanding of how the Metal Detector works and what to look for when we are troubleshooting an issue.
B-Cap Solutions Service Rates
On-Site Labor Rates (4 hour minimum required, max per class 10)
Weekdays 8:00am – 4:30pm $250.00 per hour
Weekdays Premium Time (before 8:00am or after 4:30pm)
Sunday and Holiday $375.00 per hour
Wait Time (not to surpass 8 hours per day) $189.00 per hour
Flat Rate Charge 1 (0 - 100 miles Round trip, 0 - 3.25 hours) $225.00 flat rate
Flat Rate Charge 2 (101 - 200 miles Round trip, 3.25 - 5.25 hours) $390.00 flat rate
Saturday/Sunday Travel Fee (one-time fee in addition to travel time) $350.00 flat rate
Holiday Travel Fee (one-time fee in addition to travel time) $350.00 flat rate
Weekend Emergency Fee (one-time fee in addition to travel time) $595.00 flat rate
Flat Rate Daily Expense (additional day) $349.00 flat rate
Air Fare & Baggage Fees (Coach Rates Only) To be Invoiced At Actual Cost
Public Transportation To be Invoiced At Actual Cost
Auto rental and fuel (Mid-size Corporate Rate) To be Invoiced At Actual Cost
Parking & Tolls To be Invoiced At Actual Cost
Overnight Accommodations To be Invoiced At Actual Cost
